happy clientsSuccess or failure in a WSI consultant’s business is not about whether the system works at the end of the day because that is a “given”. Success or failure is determined by whether or not the end client’s expectations have been met or exceeded.

We collect the requirements of the project at its onset in the Requirements Specifications Document (RSD). This ensures that the IC, client, and development team all know what to expect. It is then the job of the development team to help manage expectations throughout the project by following our proven processes. If functionality of the solution changes mid-stream, then the project plan is revisited and expectations are reset, if required.
